This 20-week training program for equips you with the skills needed to launch your career as a process operator (industrioperatör in Swedish) at our plant. The program starts in February 2025 and will continue with four intakes annually. Stegra actively contributes to the program's setup and our team is eager to interview students interested in pursuing an operator career with us. About the education

Offered by the municipalities in Norrbotten, the program combines practical training in Luleå with theoretical studies and is taught by instructors with industry experience and conducted primarily online. Hands-on training takes place at one or more companies. The goal is to enhance your production skills and prepare you to contribute to safe and efficient production processes.

Free of charge and eligible for CSN funding.

Open to residents of Sweden.

Applications can be made through the adult education department in Luleå or your local municipality in Norrbotten.
